How To Obtain A User Code for Hymnastics™ Worship Package Features

The Hymnastics Worship Package includes hymn lyrics and audio which require permission from the owners of the hymns. This permission is granted through a separate license with Christian Copyright Licensing, Inc. (CCLI), and must be obtained before the Hymnastics software will allow the feature to be used. First you must purchase a license from CCLI, and CCLI will provide you with a license number. If you already have a CCLI license, your existing number is sufficient and no additional purchase is needed. After you have your CCLI license number, you must contact Gilead Software to get your free Worship Package User Code for the Hymnastics software.

The annual fee for a church copyright license is determined by the size of your church, and royalties are distributed to the hymn owners and publishers by Christian Copyright Licensing, Inc. This license allows you permission to use the hymn lyrics that are included in the Hymnastics software.

In order to assure that the Hymnastics software is only used by valid CCLI licensees, you must also obtain a Worship Package User Code from Gilead Software. Although the User Code is free, you must renew it annually in order for the lyrics and audio features to remain accessible.

After you have obtained a CCLI number, you can obtain a Worship Package User Code by sending an email request to hymnastics@gileadsoftware.com. Include your CCLI number along with the name and address of the CCLI licensee (perhaps yourself or someone on your church staff or the church's name).

The Hymnastics program will request both the CCLI number and the Worship Package User Code at start-up. If you enter a CCLI number without a User Code, you will be allowed to use the features for a short grace period (i.e., while your User Code is being sent to you). The hymn lyrics and audio will be unavailable if the CCLI number and User Code are not valid. The entry of these two numbers is possible at any time by selecting Options/Permissions from the main menu.
